The position requires a Nursing Home Administrator license consistent with Connecticut requirements. Financial Management

  2. Monitor revenue, expenses, labor utilization, overtime, agency utilization, supplies, purchased services, and other significant operating expenses.
  3. Review financial performance regularly and develop corrective plans when performance varies materially from budget.
  4. Promote financially responsible decision-making while maintaining appropriate standards of resident care and service.
  5. Partner with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams to monitor census, payer mix, accounts receivable, reimbursement, and financial performance.

Workforce Management

Safety & Emergency Preparedness

  1. Provide administrative oversight of facility safety and emergency-preparedness programs.
  2. Ensure leadership teams are prepared to respond appropriately to emergencies and disruptions in operations.
