Day Shift / 40hrs/wk
Maintains, updates, and monitors timekeeping and scheduling systems for payroll processing. Reviews timekeeping and payroll configurations to ensure compliance with internal/external policies. Supports the HR Department and internal customers through a variety of duties within HR systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as HR subject matter expert for timekeeping and scheduling systems. Maintain system configurations, provide guidance and best practice recommendations to employees and managers
- Support weekly payroll processing and reporting, and serve as primary backup for payroll processing and reporting
- Manage time clock maintenance, time reporting, secondary positions configurations, FLSA, and historical corrections to ensure proper system functionality.
- Provide oversite for maintenance of master schedules for required affiliates, and ensure proper system usage to support appropriate scheduling in identified areas
- Create and maintain educational materials for employees and managers. Coordinate and provide training for employees and managers.
- Serve as lead or in a supporting role on assigned projects, including but not limited to scope creation, detailed analysis, project team oversight, adherence to established timelines, creation of Project Plans and progress status reports, documentation of ongoing issues and risks, and post-project documentation of results, successes and learning opportunities.
- Ensure EDA structure is properly managed in the system and all purchased functionality is utilized. Source new technology or process improvements to ensure the functionality and processing of the systems. Provide oversite to the EDA flow between systems, manually push when needed so accurate information is updated throughout systems.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Gather data and analyze business and user needs in consultation with business managers, vendors, and end users.
- Prepare and analyze payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling reports for management
- Collaborating with HRIS team, assign and configure new job title codes within the HRIS systems
- Create/generate routine and special reports to ensure proper payroll processing and as needed for department needs
- Ensure the continuing effectiveness of current HR systems through appropriate testing and modification.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Minimum-Associate’s Degree-Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resources or Management Information Systems.
Experience: 3-5 years in Human Resources or HRIS

Key Competencies: PC literate, computer keyboard skills, strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation and database software packages and office machines.
